Meet CoCo Cohort 2

Verónica in the mountains

Verónica Gaete-Elgueta, she/her

Ph.D. student, University of Washington

Veronica's work is related to developing codes for geophysical data processing. Her data comes from fiber optic (DAS-Distributed Acoustic Sensing) and seismic data from seismic stations in the USA.

Meet Verónica, CoCo Fellow 2023!

The CoCo SciComm Team asked Verónica about her expectations of the program:

Q: What made you decide to apply to CoCo?

Q: What are some of the things you enjoy most about CoCo so far?

Verónica enjoys cycling, running, yoga, and climbing.
