Meet Sebastián, CoCo Fellow 2023!
The CoCo SciComm Team asked Sebastián about his aspirations for the program:
Q: What made you decide to apply to CoCo?
A: "La posibilidad de aprender a programar en Python y poder mejorar mis estrategias de comunicación, ya que ambas están muy ligadas a la ciencia en sí. "
Q: What are some of the things you enjoy most about CoCo so far?
A: "La forma en la que enseñan es genial y hacen parecer sencillo todo lo que muestran en las clases. Nunca había visto que usaran JupyterLab para enseñar, y creo que eso facilita mucho la comprensión ya que podemos ver de inmediato como funciona el código que nos muestran. "
Sebastián leally likes drawing and playing videogames. Even though programming is within "science" and his job, he considers it almost as a hobby because he enjoys it so much :)
