CoCo SciComm Team interviewed Nicole, one of our Coding Trainers, to get insight into her motivation and purpose for teaching at CoCo.

Q: What are some of the things you expect to learn from CoCo?

A: The positivity and empowerment everyone brings to the team. The fact that we are all so unique and want to work towards the same goal is really inspiring to me.

Q: What made you decide to be involved in a bilingual program such as CoCo?

A: I learned so much and had a fantastic time being part of the first cohort of the program. I wanted to be able to grant this beautiful experience to more people to come, especially because it has been beneficial for my academic growth.

Q: What kind of activities do you enjoy doing outside work?

A: I like baking, embroidery and playing video games. When the weather feels nice I love going out on bike rides, hikes and camping trips.

We admire Nicole's commitment and love for programming. You can follow Nicole's updates following her Twitter and Instagram account.
