Meet the Coding Trainers 

Berenice Martínez, CoCo Coding Trainer

Berenice Martínez Téllez, she/her

Coding Coach

Berenice is a M.Sc. student at the Centro de Investigación Científica y de Educación Superior de Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico, under the Department of Computer Science. She explores artificial intelligence for agricultural and plague control practices. 

CoCo SciComm Team interviewed Berenice, one of our Coding Trainers, to get insight into her motivation and purpose for teaching at CoCo. 

Q: What are some of the things you expect to learn from CoCo? 

B: "Mejorar mis habilidades de comunicación y enseñanza."

Q: What made you decide to be involved in a bilingual program such as CoCo?

B: "Adquirir y compartir conocimiento. También trabajar con personas increíbles Geolatinas."

Q: What kind of activities do you enjoy doing outside work? 

B: "Salir a caminar, conocer lugares nuevos, convivir con gente agradable y hacer yoga."
